How Much Does This Cost?
- For Canada Immigration, the cost of an adult (15 years and up) physical is $500, plus the cost of vaccines, if needed.
- The cost of a child (11 - 14 years) physical is $285, and a younger child (5-10 years) physical is $200.
- A newborn (0 years to 4 years) physical is $150, plus the cost of vaccines, if needed.

What Vaccines Do I Need?
Canada requires you to have proof of the following vaccines:
- Diphtheria
- The current year’s Influenza
- Hepatitis A & B
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)
- Meningococcal
- Pertussis
- Pneumococcal
- Polio
- Rotavirus
- Tetanus
- Varicella
If you’re missing any of these vaccinations, Neighborhood Medical Center provides them at an additional cost. You may also visit your local health department.
