My name is Raul Perez, and am a client of Doctor Martin. I been going there for almost 10 years, Doctor Martin and his staff are yes by far a 10 plus rating in my book. He is is always there to help me, when I was having major problems in my health as well as checking in on me , when I come into the office.

He has a great number if services to help me, in my health issues. I with his guidance as well as the other care ems workers there. Our always a great help there. He helped me as in Dr. Martin with my weight issues, as well as other life issues.

I start out weighing 298 pounds and now am down to , 215 pounds. Also he always believes in family. Meaning he was there to listen to me, when my father and then later when my mother in-law passed away.

If you or anyone is looking for a great place to receive outstanding medical services, Neighborhood Medical Center, is the place to go.

Actually a very knowledgeable doctor and staff.. they do standard test and have helped me from wide range of symptoms from covid to ADHD to acid reflux... The doctor is actually knowledgeable. I can't stress that enough... Also the receptionist isn't incompetent which I just come to expect from doctors offices... so that's a plus as well

I have been going to this office for about 12 years. Dr "Mac" and his right hand man P.A. are always very attentive to my concerns and needs. I bring my son here and have referred many friends also. Always easy to get an appointment and other than massive sickness times like flu or during hard COVID my wait is never too long. I have insurance but many years ago when I was self pay, their services were very financially workable.

It was my 2nd visit to the doctor and had some issue with the bill that was generated for the follow-up visit. I made 2 calls to the office but somehow couldn't get my issue resolved. Then I had a chance to speak to Victoria from the billing department on the 3rd call. She took the time to analyze the issue and the problem I was facing. She promptly looked into my issue and assured me that she will escalate it to her manager and will do her best to resolve the issue. She kept me appraised of the proceedings in the meantime. The issue was finally resolved within 2 days and the bill amount was voided.

Thank you so much for looking into this. Sometimes Customer Service representatives have a reputation for having lots of red tape and difficulty navigating the system to "get things done." You break down this stereotype with your responsiveness, and willingness to take ownership to ensure issue resolution. This is very much appreciated.

I have been coming here for 4 years and have had exceptional care every time. Most recently being seen 2 days in a  row, on a walk in, and everyone from the front desk staff to the nursing staff have been great. I even arrived as a walk in 40 minutes before they closed and was still seen. Special shout outs go to the two nurse practitioners I saw most recently- Emeri and Natalia - both compassionate and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care. Also shout out to Alyssa their office manager who Has helped resolve several insurance issues I have had over the years. Highly recommend them for routine medical care.

I would definitely recommend this doctor's office. If you're new to the area or you just don't have a regular family doctor try this place. The staff are friendly, you can do online check in before your appointment ( and while walks-ins are accepted I highly suggest you get an appointment), and Dr. McElya is friendly and fun to talk to.

Yesterday I went to see Dr. "Mac" with a severe ear ache. As usual, Dr. Mac was very personable with me, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answering any questions I had. These days doctors try to get as many patients in and out the door as they can and this experience has the potential to become very clinical and business-like. I would like to stress that Dr. McElya's office, while taking care of business, also treats each patient as a human being, not just as a "clinical" patient, but someone who deserves dignity, respect and a listening ear. In today's rush-rush, get-'em-in and get-'em-out atmosphere, Dr. McElya stands out as a doctor with heart who truly believes that, behind every patient is a person, and each person receives the best care that he can give them.

Amazing but true! Open 7 days a week, and on previous visit Doctor-Owner did jump in to see patients and keep things moving when there was a high patient load! This visit - Ten minutes AFTER closing time on a Sunday, Wonderfull/Precious P.A., Nurse and Office Staff respond to my frantic call and changed prescription to clear Insurance hurdle at pharmacy. What a joyful place!
